These are ideal tools for cooking flame-grilled dishes and stir-frying, and are also perfect for grilling and light frying. With proper care, they can last for generations.

They are the best woks we know of in the world. Their pure copper bodies and silver linings are perfect conductors of heat, giving you ultimate control over your cooking process.

Currently, the handles are made from our own patented sand-cast solid bronze alloy, meticulously hand-polished by our artisans with jewelry-making backgrounds, essentially for a lifetime.

They are secured to the body with 5 or 8 rivets, each made of pure white copper, extremely strong, yet easily removable for maintenance.

Furthermore, the handles heat up very slowly, even slower than French or Belgian cast iron woks. Under industrial heat, it takes 5 to 6 times longer to heat to an uncomfortable temperature compared to comparable French competitors.

Do not heat our products in a microwave oven, as copper and silver are metals!

Do not use metal utensils or scratch the surface, as this will damage the plating. Do not wash in a dishwasher.

Use a mild detergent and do not use a metal sponge or the green side of a sponge.

Care:

Due to the inherent properties of metals, copper and silver will tarnish and lose their shine during use and after contact with air, water, and acidic substances.

This is perfectly normal and will not affect cooking performance.

They are still safe to use and pose no health risks.

If you want to restore them to their original condition, simply rub them with a halved lemon and sprinkle with salt or baking soda.

Rinse with warm water, dry, and you're done!

Like cast iron pots, applying a thin layer of oil before storing can protect them from long-term use.

This method works for both copper and silver.

You can also clean your utensils with ash (cigarette ash, fireplace ash, etc.). Of course, you can also use food-grade silver polish.
