This product has a silver-plated lining.

Thickness: 2.5 mm

Copper Frying Pans are perfect for frying, grilling, searing, flame cooking, and stir-frying your dishes, and they're incredibly durable.

They are the best frying pans we know of in the world. Their pure copper body and silver lining are perfect conductors of heat, giving you complete control over your cooking process.

They are secured to the body with five rivets, each made of pure white copper, making them extremely strong, yet easily removable for maintenance.

The bronze alloy we use is made from our own recycled scrap. Unlike our Western European counterparts, who mostly use highly conductive brass or aluminum bronze alloys, our alloy remains a very hard alloy with a high refractive index.

Furthermore, this pan heats up very slowly, even slower than French or Belgian cast iron pans. Under industrial heat, it takes three to four times longer to reach an uncomfortable temperature compared to comparable French competitors.

Usage:

For induction cooktop use, please contact us.

Do not heat our products in a microwave oven, as copper and silver are metals!

Do not use metal utensils or scratch the surface, as this will damage the plating. Do not wash in a dishwasher.

Use a mild detergent and do not use a metal sponge or the green side of a sponge.

Care:

Due to the inherent properties of metals, copper and silver will tarnish and lose their shine during use and after contact with air, water, and acidic substances.

This is perfectly normal and will not affect cooking performance.

They are still safe to use and pose no health risks.

If you want to restore them to their original condition, simply rub them with a halved lemon and sprinkle with salt or baking soda.

Rinse with warm water, dry, and you're done!

Like cast iron pots, applying a thin layer of oil before storing can protect them from long-term use.

This method works for both copper and silver.

You can also clean your utensils with ash (cigarette ash, fireplace ash, etc.). Of course, you can also use food-grade silver polish.
